Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SavDel Capital LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through datalicensingcheck.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting the form, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out the form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, number of full-time employees, industry, years in business, whether your business is based in the U.S., and your consent to be contacted.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website or ad that sent you here (for example, campaign tags in the link and an ad click ID), and the date and time of your visit. Some of this is collected using cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel described below.
2. How we use your information
- To review whether your business may qualify for a data licensing opportunity.
- To share your information with a data licensing partner so they can contact you about the opportunity you asked about (see Section 3).
- To keep records of submissions and consent.
- To measure and improve our advertising and the Site.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and misuse, and to comply with the law.
3. How we share your information
Data licensing partner. If your answers show your business may qualify, we share the information you submitted with a data licensing partner. That partner, or its specialists, will contact you by phone, text message, and/or email about data licensing opportunities, as you agreed when you checked the consent box. We may receive compensation from the partner when we refer a business to them. The partner handles your information under its own privacy practices.
Service providers. We use companies that help us run the Site and handle submissions, such as website hosting, form and workflow tools, spreadsheets, and email. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Advertising and measurement. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, as described in Section 4.
Legal and safety. We may share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your information for money to data brokers. We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing, other than the data licensing partner described above.
4. Cookies, the Meta Pixel, and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to understand how people use the Site after clicking our ads and to measure how well our ads work. The Pixel may record that you viewed the Site and, if your business may qualify, that you submitted the form. When you submit a qualifying form, we may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and phone number, along with your IP address and browser information, through Meta's Conversions API so Meta can match the event to an ad. Hashed data is not readable as your actual email or phone number. Meta's use of this information is covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
Your choices:
- You can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings under "Ad preferences."
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the Site does not load the Meta Pixel and does not send your information to Meta.
5. Text messages and calls
If you checked the consent box, the data licensing partner may contact you by calls and text messages, which may be sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, and you can ask the caller to stop calling you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
6. How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above, including keeping proof of consent, and as required by law. We then delete or de-identify them.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain sharing, including sharing for targeted advertising. To make a request, email us at privacy@datalicensingcheck.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will not treat you differently for making a request. If you ask us to delete your information, we will also ask the data licensing partner we shared it with to stop contacting you.
9. Children
The Site is meant for business owners and managers. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
