These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to datalicensingcheck.com (the "Site"), operated by SavDel Capital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting the form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site does
The Site lets business owners and managers share basic information about their company to find out whether it may qualify for a data licensing opportunity. If your answers show your business may qualify, we refer your information to a data licensing partner, who may contact you. We are a referral service only. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a data licensing partner or any company that licenses data, and we do not license, buy, or handle your business data ourselves.
2. No promises about results
Any dollar amounts or ranges on the Site are general examples of what may be possible. They are not a promise, offer, quote, or estimate for your business. Whether your business qualifies, what any company may offer, and how long the process takes depend on many factors, including your business and its data. Results vary, and many businesses will not qualify or receive an offer.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. Before you agree to license any data, you should review the terms carefully and talk with your own advisors, including about privacy laws and any contracts that may limit how your data can be used.
4. Your information and consent
You agree that the information you submit is true, accurate, and yours to share, and that you are authorized to share information about the business you list. By checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted as described in that box and in our Privacy Policy. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information or someone else's information without permission, not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, and not to try to disrupt, copy, or misuse the Site, including by using bots or automated tools to submit forms.
6. Third parties
A data licensing partner, or any company you choose to work with, is independent from us and is responsible for its own services, terms, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their actions or for any agreement you make with them.
7. Site content
The Site and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with checking whether your business may qualify.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SavDel Capital LLC and its owners, members, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or any referral made through it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
